Everything went clockwork. I was explained what needs doing, a quote was provided, the loan car was there, I got a call at the time my car was to be picked up (dot on time as advised earlier) and the car was washed and cleaned. So the entire experience was great. Could not single out one reason.

If I was able, I would have ticked all of the above boxes. Our experience in choosing a car, from brand to model was a great experience largely due to the quality of Subaru staff,notably Cabe at Jarvis West Terrace. Cabe was clearly very knowledgeable about the cars and provided excellent and professional service with no pressure at all. I felt completely confident in buying from Jarvis and would do so again and will gladly refer others to your showroom.

Will Scott went out of his way to please us and make us happy. We fired some curly question to Will and he came back in a timely manner with the responses. Picking up the car was a wonderful experience, professionalism was shown to us in explaining the car's features and nothing was too much trouble for Will.
