From the moment I walked into Jarvis Ford Norwood, I was greeted by Andrew Pryor. He was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and responded to all my initial enquiries. Nothing was too much bother. We eventually made a decision and was informed from the start that there was a wait. We selected a colour we had only seen via brochures , but when one came in, Andrew contacted us so we could come and see it to make sure it was what we wanted. Andrew kept us informed on the progress without bombarding us with unnecessary communication. On the day of hand over, Andrew took the time to walk through a lot of the accessories. However he did realise that this was information overload (for us) and reassured us that we could contact him if we required further assistance. We honestly believe he is sincere with this.
