It was a good deal plus Lewis made sure I was totally happy with the car and when there was a problem with some scratches on the paintwork he made sure it got sorted out as quickly as possible and arranged for me to drive another car, he also made regular phone calls to keep me informed of the progress.

Simon in Service was fantastic and organised a speedy fix with my two key battery replacements that were concerning me given this pool car had been handed over to me in poor condition on Christmas Eve and the warning message was coming up for both key sets. I was also offered a car wash but had to decline due to time constraint. A very positive interface was experienced with Simon and I was equally impressed with other Service team staff who were eager to assist as I waited.

Greg Pett was very helpful, polite and considerate. We liked the atmosphere around the place. The team are obviously friendly and happy. We have every confidence that our car will be well looked after at Jarvis.

Another happy experience having work completed at Jarvis. I was quoted a price before the work was done. I received a phone call to say my car was ready to be collected in the time frame I was told when I dropped my car off and offered a cool drink. Great work guys, will highly recommend you to others :)

Customer service standards were as good as I have ever experienced anywhere... from the friendly greeting by Peter when I first drove in to the service area to Rebecca's offer of a cold drink to take with me as took delivery of the cleaned and vacuumed car.
