We were extremely pleased with the service we received at Jarvis while buying our FJ Cruiser. Professional, considerate of our needs, informative and we were kept in constant touch with Jarvis re updates on delivery etc of our car. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Ryan. He was friendly and very helpful. I explained what car I was after and Ryan explained everything he knew about the car in a very thorough manner. He kept the promises he made (to try and get the best deal for my trade-in that he could). I had a bit of "argy bargy" with Evan the New Car Sales Manager (regarding the trade-in price I wanted for my old car), but Evan and I came to a very amicable deal. In the end the deal I received from Ryan and from Evan was fantastic.
