We had a fantastic experience with Jarvis and in particular Ryan, he was so great to deal with, not pushy (like Peter Kittle Toyota) and patient given the stuff around we had with our finance. Would absolutely recommend Jarvis, Ryan, Evan and Robbie to anyone looking for a car, they made us feel like VIPs the second we walked in the door.

Another happy experience having work completed at Jarvis. I was quoted a price before the work was done. I received a phone call to say my car was ready to be collected in the time frame I was told when I dropped my car off and offered a cool drink. Customer service standards were as good as I have ever experienced anywhere...from the friendly greeting by Peter when I first drove in to the service area to Rebecca's offer of a cold drink to take with me as took delivery of the cleaned and vacuumed car. As a new customer I was blown away by the professional service offered every step of the way. I have already told others about my experience. Over many years I have worked in areas where a focus on exceptional customer service has been critically important to the business and I have to say you guys were great.
