Just a quick note to say I have been impressed with the customer service received when bringing my car in for a service at Jarvis Toyota in Clovelly Park. I am always welcomed in a friendly manner and with a smile.
I’ve dealt with previous dealerships where staff were always moody, unfriendly and made the whole experience unenjoyable, however I feel happy when I leave your car yard because of the customer service I receive. In particular I have dealt with Brett Bowen and Michael Pedder from the service area who have both been very welcoming, approachable and helpful in their advice and are happy to answer any questions.
Also the little things that count, such as getting your car when it’s ready and the drop-off service to the city in the mornings is great.
I also want to say thank you to Fletcher for his excellent customer service in assisting my partner and I previously when buying my FJ Cruiser a couple of years ago.
At the end of the day your business revolves around customer service and working as a team and you guys do it well.

Fab Di Biase was the most approachable and customer focussed salesperson we have ever come across in all our years of purchasing motor vehicles. Fab Di Biase had a lot of outstanding attributes including:
1) Customer focussed
2) Great knowledge base and if he didn't know the answer to a question, he admitted so and would instead research the question and get back to us (in lieu of bluffing his way through the answer)
3) Not once did we feel pressured by Fab. He was understanding, empathetic and a salesperson that we felt comfortable with
I have no hesitation in recommending Fab Di Biase to any of our family and friends. The fact that the dealership is also local to us, was an added bonus.

We had our Land-Cruiser LPG serviced at a Northern Suburbs technician the same team that installed the system 12 months prior. The car was missing and labouring. This LPG technician also did general log book servicing and repairs. They advised that our Cruiser needed urgent attention to the tappets and shims. $2,000 was the quote. Returning to the Jarvis family where I had discussion with the Jarvis team. Numerous tests were performed and the findings were no such repairs were required. This saved us $2,000!! Our LandCruiser LPG will now be serviced via the Jarvis team.
