I was impressed with the quick response to my previous feedback by providing the receipt for service. The individual person that rang me was professional and acted on what he said he will do.
I also received recently a text indicating that the parts required for the car has already come. I was impressed how quickly the parts came and when I rang to book, the person on the phone answered my questions. Great customer service.

I would like to thank simon batten for his organisation in getting my car fixed as well as the technician Andrew Fleming for a great diagnosis. My air con was not cold when car was at idle , it as diagnosed by Andrew and part arrived within 24 hours and Simon organised my car within one day to be fixed now it is great. Thanks team Hillcrest.
