Not only were the staff professional and in particular Jodie at the Service Counter but the Salesman who drove me into the city was very friendly and helpful also. My car was cleaned and Jodie kept me in touch constantly with what needed to be done and how it was progressing. Also because my husband is in hospital it was difficult for me to get back to collect it straight away and Jodie assured me that it was no trouble for you to keep it overnight until I could collect it. As far as I can tell at this stage the work that was completed is completely satisfactory and I would have no hesitation in coming back if there are any further problems. I would also recommend you to anyone I can and when needing to buy a new car would come to you also as I believe that this outstanding service is paramount when choosing a new vehicle. There is a welcoming atmosphere in your Service premises and it's a modern, bright and comfortable environment.

We went to have a look at Subaru, as a starting point in buying a new car - just a look, but instead we walked out having signed for a new Subaru XV!
We considered all our boxes had been ticked and felt no need to look any further.
The salesman, Fab, was very informative and friendly without being pushy, thorough and professional, which made the whole experience of making this big decision less stressful for us.
Besides this, 3 of our 4 children have owned Subarus. Surely that speaks for itself!

All of the above, to the options for main reason. Staff were friendly and we felt we could contact them if needed to ask them any question. Nothing was too hard for them to explain/offer to us. Got the car we wanted, got a good deal, got everything we wanted on pick up day :) Will definitely recommend you to family/friends in the future!

Great effort by all staff from Todd to Victor to Jess and the after sales care salesperson ( I think her name was Storm) were all very professional and all worked hard to work out a deal with me. Got a great car, for a great price and the staff were extraordinary throughout the entire process.
