I really needed to have my car done as quickly as possible this time and the team at Jarvis Toyota completed the job before the time they quoted. It made my day just that much easier. I dealt with Anthony Granger who I found to be lovely. He answered all my questions and was never pushy. Even when I said I had to go home and think about things as it was all 'bright and shiny' and I didn't want to make a hasty decision, he left me to my own devices and didn't try to reel me in. I rang a couple of Subaru dealerships in Canberra (as this is where I'm from) and one salesperson was particularly blunt and quite short with me to the point where I'm going to ring them and advise them that I wouldn't have bought a car from them even if they were cheaper due to the ignorant salesman. In other words the quality of the salesman is paramount and this is the major reason I bought from Jarvis.

Chris Bellamy was great, friendly, helpful but not pushy. All staff that I dealt with has great customer service skills. Got the car I wanted at the price I was willing to pay

 Purchasing my car was a great experience from the moment we walked through the gates. We were greeted by Steve Felix and he guided us to the car we wanted and answered all our questions without hesitation. Once we decided it was the car for us the whole purchasing process was easy and left me feeling assured we were getting the best possible deal for our family.

Thank you very much. was incredibly satisfied with the customer service I received from the moment I drove in the car park and was greeted by the valet. Who parked my car directly in the wash bay even thou my car was only in for a wheel alignment and balance. Then the customer service I received from Michael put me to rest as previously when I bought the tyres the alignment i received from Bob jane wasn't done correctly so I drove it straight to you. I was very happy with the entire service and will be recommendin all my friends and family to come to you as your prices seem reasonable and the service was well above my expectations
