Purchasing my car was a great experience from the moment we walked through the gates. We were greeted by Steve Felix and he guided us to the car we wanted and answered all our questions without hesitation. Once we decided it was the car for us the whole purchasing process was easy and left me feeling assured we were getting the best possible deal for our family. Thanks to everyone at Jarvis but especially Steve!!!!

George was very helpful and worked hard to accommodate our needs, for example I needed to be able to pick up the car quickly in order to get to work, so he expedited the process for us. I appreciate the fact that staff in general were not pushy. I have had experiences in the past with manipulative car salesmen, but I felt really at ease with George, who was able to explain the benefits and features of different cars, without pushing. I was able to make a rational decision about what I needed, and am very happy with the car I purchased. We would definitely come back to Jarvis the next time we need to buy a car.

Very impressed with Josh, the car salesman. He was understanding, delightful personality, not pushy and extremely helpful in explaining all of the functions of the car. All of the staff were polite, helpful and efficient with all of my dealings with them.

I could really tick all the selections provided in the drop down menu above. Andrew had extensive knowledge of the XV from his prev exp in service department. He came across as friendly, genuine and very helpful.

The buying experience was very positive, just enough contact without feeling stalked ;-) We got a good deal on our trade-in, good price on new purchase and a couple of accessories thrown in.

I felt all staff we came into contact with were very genuine and enjoyed selling this product.

All in all, we are happy customers and will maintain contact with Jarvis Subaru over the life of the vehicle until we upgrade.

 I dealt with Anthony Granger who I found to be lovely. He answered all my questions and was never pushy. Even when I said I had to go home and think about things as it was all 'bright and shiny' and I didn't want to make a hasty decision, he left me to my own devices and didn't try to reel me in. I rang a couple of Subaru dealerships in Canberra (as this is where I'm from) and one salesperson was particularly blunt and quite short with me to the point where I'm going to ring them and advise them that I wouldn't have bought a car from them even if they were cheaper due to the ignorant salesman. In other words the quality of the salesman is paramount and this is the major reason I bought from Jarvis.

Thank you very much. was incredibly satisfied with the customer service I received from the moment I drove in the car park and was greeted by the valet. Who parked my car directly in the wash bay even thou my car was only in for a wheel alignment and balance. Then the customer service I received from Michael put me to rest as previously when I bought the tyres the alignment i received from Bob jane wasn't done correctly so I drove it straight to you. I was very happy with the entire service and will be recommendin all my friends and family to come to you as your prices seem reasonable and the service was well above my expectations
