From being met at the dropoff point, to the courtesy lift to work, to being messaged the amount for the service, to the friendly staff, to my car being cleaned and vacuumed, and of course to the car being serviced, wheels balanced and rotated - all aspects went towards me being VERY impressed at the professionalism at Jarvis Ford, Norwood. This is the second car that I have bought from Jarvis Ford. I was impressed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff, Stasi Brinias and Chris Bellamy. I also enjoyed and thank Jarvis Ford for inviting me to the Women's Workshop. That was very informative and enpowering. I learnt many new things, which have equipped me in knowing my car better, what to do in certain circumstances if something goes wrong with my car. Dealing with Josh and Micheal made the process very smooth, Josh was not pushy and was genuinely helpful with all of our questions. Micheal was fast with the finance and was very upfront about the costs, this made us feel more secure because we knew exactly down to the letter what was happening. When we arrived for delivery (which was very quickly organised due to our working hours) Josh was with another customer, an Indian gentleman from the new cars section very politely took us through the paperwork and got things organised. This has been the smoothest car purchase we have ever had and I look forward to buying our next car from these very people. Please give Josh and Micheal our thanks.

Jed made the whole experience enjoyable. He was very informative, keeping me up to date through the entire process and to come in on his day off to deliver my vehicle was a fantastic example of outstanding customer service.

Paul was friendly and informative. Good salesman without been pushy or boring me with details of selling cars to his grandma Blah Blah. As a driving instructor I will buy here again and recommend to anybody I know that is purchasing a car.
