I had an outstanding customer experience. As soon as I arrived I was tended to by Peter who was very professional and polite. After assessing my needs he introduced me to Adrian who I cannot speak highly of enough. He was also very professional as he set me up for the service and took my details and asked if the car had any issues that needed attending, even offering me a drink. When I returned I was again greeted in a friendly and professional manner, there was a delay due to my brakes being worn and required new ones which wasn't an issue and Adrian talked me through it very well and then went on to explain what had happened in the complete service. I honestly left Jarvis Subaru on West Terrace feeling like Royalty and was quick to tell my colleagues and friends to go there from now on. Thank you very much.
