I booked my car in for a scheduled service with Mal which also included a loan vehicle for the day.
Mal was so obliging, professional and very knowledgeable and helpful in describing the service inclusions with me adding a few extra requests, including the loan car ( being a Toyota Hilux ) . Thankyou so much Mal for offering me such genuine “ Customer Service “ and caring so much for my car . You’re the reason why I keep on coming back to Jarvis Toyota Brighton , who are very lucky to have people like yourself on board. Very well done Mal and the Senior Mechanic who worked on my car. From start to handover, the experience was smooth, professional, and completed in a very reasonable timeframe. Jake, Wasim, and the team were absolutely brilliant — couldn’t ask for more.

As newcomers to the country, we had a lot of questions throughout the process, and the team went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and supported.
