Combination of reasons. Friendly, helpful and professional staff, comfortable waiting area, timely servicing, vehicle returned washed, and the attendant provided an excellent cafe nearby to have a coffee and breakfast while the vehicle was serviced.

I had a great experience with Riley and Gregory, they fullfilled all my needs in provided me when a new car. I did not feel pressured to buy anything and was given the time to think. I was given plenty of opportunity to looks and drive the car, which was a lovely experience.
