I have to say that Ethan was a fantastic help while I was on line with the insurance company. If I was not sure whether or not I should accept a condition they suggested he told me yes or no especially as the insurance person had an accent and was hard to understand. Ethan will do well in your company as he understands the customer and their needs. I wish him well for the future.
