I found the staff member very friendly and polite. Our car was ready when we were told it would be and was cleaned inside and out. The service details were discussed and a phone call was made to find out about new car warranty. Also we were advised where to go re transmission problem. We were very impressed overall.

When I had a query about work they were recommending they were very clear and very willing to respond to my concerns and gave me the info I needed to make an informed decision... mechanic even came out, smiling, to ensure I understood the situation and after the job left a shoddy wheel for me to see the evidence, even though I had not asked for it.

Keep to the given allocated time to service the car. Personally informed about the condition of the tyres and suggested that these tyres are replaced together with a wheel alignment to take place at the next service. Staff very pleasant to deal with.

This is my 3rd new car purchase from Greg. As always he listened to me as his client. Nothing turns me off faster than a high pressure sell. I even go to the point where I tell all sales staff that a high pressure sell will lose my business. They ignore this at there peril. The slow delivery was unfortunate but the situation was easier because of Greg's constant updates.
