Staff were helpful and considerate. They ensured I knew when and where the car would be available given I could only pick it up after the workshop closed. It was great that they could accept payment over the telephone and left the keys with the sales staff.

The customer service experience from initial enquiry via Carsales.com through to the contact centre and finally the assistance from Graham and the team in Tanunda was excellent. Drove off on a 3 week Tasmania holiday 2 days after picking up the car and apart from a minor hiccup with a remote battery and a broken mudflap, the car performed brilliantly in snow, rain, mud, ice and dirt. First Subaru and definitely wont be the last from Jarvis.

I had two Subaru's prior to the Navara, so have dealt with Subaru for more than 10 years. They offer some of the best customer service I encounter. Staff always friendly and informative. I could have been ripped off by them completing a recommended wheel alignment but this didn't happen as the tires will need replacing soon therefore it would have been wasted. Car is always sparkling when ready for pick up.
