Kathy was most cooperative in all customary procedures plus displayed a very understanding attitude with my late return due to traffic problems.

Many reasons for my high score are that car was washed and cleaned, courtesy lift, car was finished on time and staff were very friendly and helpful and prepared to answer any questions.

I rang Jarvis Skoda at Hillcrest to get advice on what size luggage basket would fit my son’s Skoda Kodiaq. Aimee answered my call and said she would call me back with relevant information. Some twenty minutes later she rang me and provided me with excellent information that was far more than I expected. I really appreciate the information pack given at the end of the service enclosing paperwork regarding not only the service but also the tyres and break pads etc. It's nice to not only know a thorough check has been done but also to be provided the information for later reading so I can understand what's going on with the car!
