The team at Hillcrest are very efficient and very polite and in particular Adam who goes the extra mile to answer all my silly questions and he keeps me up to date with what is happening to my car.

Our car was serviced to the warranty in the allotted time, they appointed us a loan car as the service was over two days, the staff informed us when ready for pick up, and was ready for us when we arrived.
