Staff were friendly and helpful without any pressure. So experience was pleasant. Accommodating even though I came later in the day to look at the car. Were welcoming with coffee and plenty of time to assist to take car for test run.

Only called in to get a headlight lamp changed. They were able to help me within 30 minutes which was much appreciated.

Tim was courteous and helpful, and took the time to explain what work was done on the car and answered my queries. Unfortunately there was a hold up in getting the car completed but I was informed well in advance of going to collect the vehicle and it did not cause any inconvenience.

I live just over 1km from the service centre and was given a bottle of water to drink on my walk home and another when I arrived to collected the car. As the day was warm with little or no wind the water was much appreciated. The little things can add so much to the experience.

It was such a pleasant experience from start to end.
