I am absolutely delighted with the customer service both my husband and I recieve time and time again with Jarvis Ford but in particular on this occasion. Our Honda CRV needed to have the air conditioning system replaced and this was a big job. The quote given to carry out the work was very fair and the end result is excellent. In particular I would like to thank Kris and Tony for their wonderful customer service. Randy had a kind. friendly manner. He was knowledgable about the cars & did not put pressure on me for a sale. Jack was an expert on finance. I told him the minimum monthly repayment I wanted & found me cheapest interest rate, in fact my repayments turned out to be under my minimum amount I advised I wanted. I found all the staff great and welcoming. Hannah was lovely and very easy to talk to, she knew her product and was genuine. I'll definitely refer others to Jarvis.

Impressed with Steve, wasn't pushy, country people don't like being pushed and don't trust "slick" sales people. He was easy to talk to and showed no smart-alec symptoms.
