I am always very impressed by the complete professionalism of all staff when I bring my vehicle in for servicing... and also when I arrive unannounced at West Terrace with a problem!

Not only were the staff friendly, helpful, and professional, the service was perfect and I knew my car was in good hands. You called me half way through the service to let me know my air filter didnt have to be changed, and in the process helped me save some cash. I feel that other places wouldn't have been so caring. Furthermore, the wash/vacuum was extremely appreciated, as were the complimentary drinks.

Todd Parker managed my car purchase and without his level of attention I dont believe I would have gotton through it. Every time I had a question Todd had the answer. I am thrilled with the car and Todd went into great detail and took time in providing me with an overview of what the car had to offer (after he had made the sale). I purchased my very first new car and must say I was very impressed with the service I received.
