The staff (George in particular) were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and treated me as a person not just a potential sale. There was no pressure just genuine help and assistance. I found the team at Jarvis polite and thoroughly professional. My car required a major service and Jarvis kept in constant communication with me during the day, alerting me to extra things that the mechanics had found that needed attention. The explanations were clear and concise. And I must also praise their attention to detail: the mechanics fixed my loose seat housing - even though I forgot to mention that it was a problem.
