I explained a poor service story with another Toyota dealer to your staff and you were able to provide us with assurance that we can only expect the best from Jarvis Toyota. The service from all the staff at Clovelly Park was fantastic. My husband could not make it to your yard due to work commitments so Evan drove a demonstration model to him at our house so that he didn't have to go out of his way. This sealed the deal for us and we are very happy with the vehicle.
