I dealt with Nelson on Friday who has previously been very thorough in his service. On this occaision, he went over and above in sourcing 2 brake discs that were out of stock with Ford. He tried a number of options before finally being able to sort out the problem by 5:15pm on Friday. In the morning when I was there, he also arranged a lift for me to Thebarton which was much appreciated, as he was not able to have the car fixed whilst I waited.
