The staff at Jarvis Subaru were very friendly and helpful. They made the whole experience of buying my car very enjoyable. Never felt pressured like some other car dealers I've dealt with in the past. The sales staff were very helpful and easy-going allowing us to take a couple of cars for a test drive which convinced us Subaru was definitely the car for us. We not only dealt with really friendly people but got the exact car we wanted at a great place. Couldn't ask for any more. I'm very happy with our purchase and the Outback is a fantastic car!

Very impressed and happy with all aspects of the transaction. I felt that my Salesman George Bitzios went above and beyond my expectations. His manner and vehicle knowledge was excellent. He made me feel comfortable, showed a lot of patience with me (I had trouble making up my mind), and everything that was promised was delivered. I was more than happy when I picked up the car and George took the time to go through the features and operation of the car which I thought was fantastic.

I got a great deal, car that I wanted, excellent staff, friendly and went out of their way to please and help me with all the extras that I wanted.

I rang Brett Theophilus about 9.30 AM and said I was worried about an engine noise.  He said bring it in.  By 12.30, he had rung me with diagnosis, cost estimate, report of other findings.  Car was ready next day as agreed. I was very pleased with Brett's efforts to get me in straight away, get the car repaired as soon as possible and other work too.

Michael was extremely helpful with the service and when I enquired re a reversing camera being fitted to my car he followed up my enquiry and got back to me very promptly. The extra service was appreciated.

The car being washed and cleaned topped the experience off. Your friendly staff to the car being ready earlier than expected... even after arriving 20 minutes late. I received a call to tell me not to worry about being a little late, as I was concerned about holding your service team up. The cold drink that was offered when I was leaving to take with me on a hot day was also a nice touch. I will be returning for future services. I was concerned after moving to the Barossa I would have travel to the City for servicing. Thanks Jarvis Team.
