Right from the start it was a pleasurable experience. Particularly ringing up a week before Christmas to find you could do a standard service in 2 days time. The service staff are so professional (Michael), waiting area (which is great for working while waiting), the time frame, even the toilets were cleaner than a 5* hotel. Well done. Overall experience was fantastic!

A warm welcome and an easy process. Being dropped off at work made the process even easier and that is a service that I really appreciated. I would like to say a huge thanks to Marcus for providing outstanding customer service.
I had an issue with my brakes on the Mondeo and being concerned I dropped in to see if they could quickly change the pads on the car thinking that was the issue.
I didn't have a booking and at this time of year I didn't think I would be able to get it looked at.
Marcus said - no issue at all I will get the team on it right away. I was amazed that even without a booking he was more than willing to do everything he could to help me out.
He had the car assessed and found out the car needed four new rotors and four new brake pads. He apologised and said if we can have it for the day we will have it done as we have the stock in. We also have a spare loan car for the day to allow you to go to work and not worry about bringing it back until the morning - this amazed me even more!!!!
So not only had I rocked up with out an appointment and asked for a two hour turn around Marcus had arranged for the car to be assessed, organised the stock, got a work order from custom fleet and offered a loan car for the day!!!
If that is not exceptional customer service I don't know what is!!
SO, I would like to extend a very warm THANK YOU to Marcus and the team at Hillcrest Ford for taking such great care of me and the Mondeo, it is all back in good working order and the brakes have never been better!
I know where I will be going for all future service needs!
