Drove in with big problem with brakes, traveling and on the move. They had us fixed and done and on our way with no fuss and done right the first time. Great service and totally professional, so good to have that kind of back up.

I received great personal service from Jarvis Subaru in the city from all concerned. John/Fletcher were great with their attitude and professionalism and desire to honour a deal made. I was pleasantly surprised by the up and go of these young guns. They showed great knowledge of the vehicle and mature attitude to sale, knowing when to push and also when to be respectful.

Staff are friendly and I expect that everything is done as well as it can. It is important to me that I can wait for the car and that works out well with the facilities provided.

The Staff are friendly, approachable, great communication, helpful in arranging hire car or being flexible to when I can pick my car up. Everything was explained to me and the honesty was amazing. I wasn't suggested to have things done that would eventually cost me an arm and a leg. They also saved me money. Only car service etc. place I will go to. Takes me 50 to 60 minutes to travel to but is worth it!
