The experience was world's apart compared to where I had my previous Forester serviced. Your service staff, particularly Rebecca Amos, were extremely friendly and professional. Rebecca even saved me the cost of a service by identifying that the company that sold me my demonstrator Forester should have serviced it before they sold it to me. So she arranged with them to cover the cost of the service you did. That was certainly a pleasant surprise and I give her full marks for picking that up. She also identified that a minor problem I am experiencing should be fixed under warranty and has ordered the relevant part.  The location in the city is far more convenient than my previous service provider and the lift to and from work was very much appreciated. The work was done quickly and the car was ready on time. And my car was washed, a service my previous provider cut out some time ago. So I'll certainly continue to get my Forester serviced at Jarvis Subaru.

It was a pleasure to deal with Josh, Tammy and Bruce at Gepps Cross. We never felt pressured into purchasing a car, got a good trade in and the kids (teenagers) weren't excluded in conversation.
