I found Greg Pett & all the staff very helpful & Michael Nguyen "Business Manager" behind the scenes with the finance & all the paper work very helpful, I would definitely recomend Jarvis Ford at Norwood.

My car was serviced on time, the staff were friendly and professional. They described everything in detail with what they had done with the car, and I received a full report on my car after the services was complete. Top job Jarvis :)

A score of 10 seems a bit over the top, and I feel almost embarrassed to give it. It may sound false, but it is true. I have purchased a good number of cars in my lifetime and have to say that I am happiest with this recent sale. I got a car with which I am happy - and  I got it with no dramas or troubles. Karina Rosenzweig gave the friendliest, most helpful service and advice we have ever received from an automobile dealer... we have even named the car "Karina".
What else can I say?

The acquisition of the BRZ was through LeasePlan and Subaru Australia. This process had its challenges which were overcome in a timely manner.

I made a special request of both the BRZ coordinator (Natalie) and John Wauchope (Jarvis West Tce) that the vehicle be ready for delivery on the 16th Jan. This was an extremely important day in our family life, and John and Natalie came through with a great result.

I wish to again thank the team for making a special day memorable.
