Highly satisfactory experience, confirmed my choice of new car!!

Great service and friendly staff.

I have commented on prior occasions that the customer service at Jarvis Subaru is exceptional, and it was proven again with the excellent service I received from Rebecca, the young man who drove me into the city, the valet service and also the person who cleaned my car. Other companies would kill to have staff like yours - you should watch out someone doesn't offer them more money to switch jobs. Honestly, it is a pleasure for me to take my car to you, and even though I drive a 10 year old Ford Futura, I have never been made to feel a lesser person because my car is not a Subaru. If I could afford a Subaru I would buy one, just so I could keep coming back. Once my 3 year warranty is finished, I hopefully can still get my car serviced with you.

Again I experienced amazing customer service.

I'm always very impressed with the service I receive from Jarvis Barossa. I appreciate the phone calls reminding me about my car service, Jodi is always bright, friendly and professional and nothing is too much trouble. Ben, the head mechanic I think, is the same. He thoroughly explains what needs to be done to the car and if there is anything extra will always contact me to see if I'm happy for it to go ahead. I also appreciate the car being washed. Thank you.

I love my new car. It was a quick decision to make... but it's lovely to drive. Am still getting confused with the indicators being on the left side of the steering wheel, he he... but all is good... ok have a great day.

Ryan was honest so if a friend or family member wanted to buy a Toyota I would definitely recommend.

I have bought a few cars, but I have to say that this was certainly the best experience I have had when buying a car. The reasons:

1.  Karina made me feel very comfortable from the first time she approached me. This is the first time I have dealt with a female car salesperson, and she did a fantastic job from start to end. Her knowledge was excellent and she made it a very easy decision to purchase a car from Jarvis.

2.  During my interactions with all staff at Jarvis, I have found them all to be freindly and very helpful.

3.  I found the deal to be fantastic and great value for money. 

4.  All of my expectations were met - and some exceeded (full tank of petrol was fantastic).

5.  Karina made it very easy to do business and didn't try any pressure tactics - I had full trust in her - she is a fantastic asset to Jarvis in my view.
