Rang me to remind me of the service date. Then rang me when my car was ready for pick up after the service. Staff explained that all was good and no problems found and were very friendly. I was offered a bottle of water as it was a very hot day. I would recommend them to friends.

I was happy with the service provided by George Bitzios in the processing of this purchase. I was upfront with my budget and George was able to make it work. He didn't try any of the usual "used car salesman" tactics and this was a refreshing change. I appreciated the effort taken by George and Cabe to get the vehicle to Jarvis at Gepps Cross for inspection, and George managed to get the car ready for pick-up in only 2 days after signing the contract. I would happily recommend my family and friends to George if they are looking to purchase a new car. I would also return to George for my next vehicle purchase, although I hope its not for a long time!

I was very happy with the overall customer experience. The General Manager Robert greeted me with a sunny disposition and dropped everything he was doing to call the Service Department straight away to see if my car was ready. The Retail Manager took over and escorted me around to the Service Department and ensured that all was in order with my vehicle's servicing. He even helped me unload my belongings from the loan car and helped me transfer them to my car. The Service Manager kindly let me know that next service, I will need to replace my tyres. I appreciated the advance notice. All in all a very smooth and enjoyable experience.

I would like add that my husband, myself and a friend who accompanied us were very impressed with the sales consultant Chris Hardinge. We all commented what a polite and courteous young man he is and a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge of the vehicle was exceptional and he was very helpful with any questions we asked.
