Josh did a great job! We just moved to this country from China and had no experience at all to buy a used car. Josh, my man, helped us out of any trouble we met without any hesitation. So did Emily, Customer Relationship Manager. For example, we were surely in trouble to travel around Jarvis, my home and bank by taking public transport and walking under strong sunshine with such high temperature. Josh and Emily just drove the car to take us to all these places which are so nice and lovely to us! We appreciate that and hope you guys keep smiling:)
