I came in with concern of noise from lhr brake and also service, it was done all on time and also they fixed my concern. Simon Batten was the Service advisor, he went out of his way to keep me informed of the progress of my vehicle. I will most definitely be back. Car was very clean when I picked it up... the tech kept the inside very clean. Well done.

Courtesy lift to CBD very helpful and car wash an added bonus. Staff explained the service and recommended fuel injection cleaning etc. as an extra which I included in the service as the explained reason was of help. Staff were all very friendly. Thank you.

Easy to book service, received a remider, given a lift to work, car serviced on time, car washed, service manager offered extra advice re a bumper dent, very professional and gave a me a drink. Then at the end - I was walked out to my car. That's an old fashioned touch I really appreciate.

We were immediately asked by staff member Randy if he could be of any assistance. This was a very refreshing approach as we have been ignored at other car yards. Randy was most helpful in showing us a variety of cars and explaining specifications on each vehicle. We were impressed with the Suzuki S-Cross and decided on the purchase. If not for the friendliness of the sales person, we would have moved on to the next yard. Well done Randy and well done Jarvis Barossa, love my car!
