It really is a combination of Price (above all), promise was kept and great customer service. At the last minute I added a tow bar with out a lot of notice and they were also able to get that done. Graham also picked me up in Adelaide which was really appreciated considering it was some distance for him to travel at a very early time in the morning. I can not fault the customer service I received.

The whole team at Hillcrest made my wife and I feel comfortable and not pressured in any way. The team felt very warm and family orientated. They were able to get another car from another Jarvis yard and bring it to their dealership so that we could test drive the 2 cars we were interested in one after the other and didn't have to go to a second dealership. All in all we thought that the team at Hillcrest went above and beyond with their service and were very knowledgable and helpful.
