Once again it was a pleasure to bring my car to you for service. My warranty has run out but I will continue to bring my car to you as I am so impressed with your staff, from the gentleman who kindly gave me a lift, to the young man at the counter, the people who serviced my car and of course the man who cleaned it. If they gave out awards for Customer Service, your company would certainly get my vote.

My car required urgent repair (side mirror swiped by a much bigger and mean truck!) so I went to Jarvis Subaru Kensington for help. Still in shock I explained I needed the car to continue with my long distant journeys for the remaining week but needed a mirror asap. I was devastated but consoled immediately by two terrific guys, Anh who was onto phones, computers sourcing the damaged part and Michael who kindly wrote out a note on Jarvis leader head saying the car was being attended to and in progress by Jarvis if Police would defect me while driving home. I left that evening with a promise from Anh that I would receive a follow up call and an email from him for cost for parts and a time the next day to return my vehicle for its 45 min. repair. I accepted the quote and the next day I safely made it back to Jarvis (and delighted no Police pull me over) where I was greeted by two friendly familiar faces. Michael ushered me to a very comfortable waiting area and offered me a complimentary beverage immediately and Anh attentively took my keys and attended to my car to begin the surgery required. Sinking into the seat and drinking my drink I felt at peace for the first time since my ordeal 24 hrs. earlier
These guys are awesome, honest and professional. Really great customer service that was friendly, helpful and happy to take all my troubles away. I love my car and I am thankful that the guys at Jarvis helped me out every step of the way.
I have never had such wonderful service at a car dealership. I will be taking my car back to Jarvis for all future repairs and servicing and highly recommend them to all when you need someone waiting for you when you walk in the door.

Ryan initially served me and took the query, and was very pleasant and helpful.
Once the repair (lamp bulb replacements) was completed - Ryan was outside with another customer - Brett saw that I was waiting and offered to help me out.
I tremendously appreciated Brett's offer of assistance, as I needed to get to work, but even more so, Brett immediately made a quick phone call to see "what better price" could be done for the cost of the repair, which was unexpected and delightful.
Each time I attend Jarvis Ford at Hillcrest for service/repairs I am most appreciative of the genuine warmth of (in particular) Brett and Simon and the rapport which has been built as a result of being a "regular"! Thank you gentlemen! :-)

A great experience which followed from a chance drop by to see a Ford Ranger. Got the car I wanted, staff very helpful and thoughtful. Believe I got a great deal, and enjoyed all aspects of the experience. Very well done to all!!

The Valet met us as we walked in to book the car in and took us through to the service department. By the time we got there my wife and I felt as if we were with old friends. When I came back the next morning to drop off the car he remembered me and even asked after the wife. The Service Department people I dealt with were great. Especially Jodie who rang me twice to update me and let me know when the car was finished. Almost worth a trip back to Adelaide next time I need a service.
