I was very impressed again during my service experience by Simon's friendliness and his help to me. He was able to suggest a fix to a problem I was having with an accelerator lag and this has solved the issue. My car is a joy to drive again. I asked for the wiper blades to be changed front and back as I normally do each service and this was done this time for no charge, as well as finding when I picked up my car that it had been vacuumed at the same time it was washed for free!
