All of the staff I dealt with, were fantastic! Right from Evan to Chris to Donna and Daniel. A very big and special thanks must go to both Chris and Daniel as I spent the majority of my time finalizing the sale with them. Good experience all round:
- had to reschedule a couple of times without any issue
- staff helpful and friendly
- lift back to the office
- work completed on time
- it was raining but car was clean on the inside
- courtesy refreshments offered on arrival and departure
- pro-actively detected a mechanical issue and fixed / replaced under warranty

Because the staff were courteous and professional and they listened to my issue with the car and are going to do something about it - lesser places would have fobbed me off. As you may see, as an older woman, I have not always been treated well be 'car people' and so it was a leap of faith to leave my trusted mechanic and have Jarvis service the (then) new car.

All the staff at the Norwood branch (Philip, Danny and Glen) have been absolutely amazing. They have been extremely professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. This is the second car we buy from Jarvis and we are extremely pleased. See you soon for number 3 :)
