From the Welcome from your service team through to the direct communication of the mechanics working on the car, it was a perfect service experience, I listed items to be looked at and absolutely everything was taken care of i.e. map updates, re programming Key to open and close all windows, warranty on the wear of one seat. Jarvis Ford have been excellent to deal with. Simon from the Service Team has been really helpful over the past few services and no request has been too hard. The car is always repaired on time and an issue was identified during the last service on my second vehicle. I was notified of the problem, shown pictures of the issue and was able to remotely approve the repairs. I was advised of the extra cost in advance and the car was delivered on time and fully repaired in top condition.
