Had interactions with 3 sales people. All gave helpful information about the cars we were looking at. 1st helpful information & direction as to a suitable vehicle. 2nd another the time to assist in the understanding of the vehicles technology at a steady pace. 3rd the nitty gritty of paperwork, price details etc.. All over a few visits over a few days. With no pressure but time to weigh up all options.
Finally another group effort going over vehicle set-up & systems.

I walked in to the sales department while my car was being serviced. I was asking some specific questions about the new Outback models.
I was greeted by Josh who directed me to Austin.
From that moment on until a week later when I took delivery of my new car, Austin went above and beyond finding me exactly what I wanted.
Austin is an asset to the Jarvis family.

This is my second Subaru Forester,
Purchased a new forester in 2022, I was impressed with the Subaru Forester & the sales team were great at Jarvis Subaru at West TCE in the city, l decided to trade it in for a 2024 model
they gave me a great deal trading in my 2022 Forester, the Sales team were great, easy to deal with, not pushy, very friendly & courteous & very knowledgeable, I will probably be back in 2 to 3 years to swap it out for a new Subaru Forester,
The Forester suits my needs & is priced well in the market, Subaru has proven it self over many years in the past for reliability & a well built motor car,

I explained that I have never purchased a vehicle from a dealership before and I was reassured by Randy that the process is seamless. His help and explanation of processes made the steps easy to follow for purchasing a new vehicle and I was able to take home my new car within a couple days!
Sheridan was extremely helpful with the finance side of things and that process was a breeze also. She ensured that everything necessary was completed quickly and she was able to answer every question the I had.
