Jodie and Jack were fantastic. Both polite and helpful. It is nice to return after months and be able to speak to the same person again. Jodie is always lovely to deal with and listens. The courtesy lift and drop off and also car wash/vac helps me immensely. Your customer service keeps me returning rather than taking my car elsewhere which is in fact literally around the corner from me.

It's the professionalism of the service staff and the entire friendliness at Jarvis Subaru that I like. If employees are not happy at their work it's easily uncovered. I've never come across this at Jarvis. No complaints in the servicing either. Top that off with the perfect product and you have the ideal recipe.

The team was great.

The lady on the front desk was very helpful, talked me through everything they were doing, then what they did, everything they found and that there was an outstanding recall, explained what it was and that my car was okay. Offered me a drink when I arrived early and made small talk with me each time she walked past, it was nice not to be ignored.

The car came back in fantastic condition even though it was horrible weather, it was immaculate inside and out.
