This was my first service with Jarvis Subaru (other than the one month check up), and I was most impressed with the level of service.

From the moment I entered the Service Centre I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner by Tim Schulz who advise me of the service recommended for my car, conducted me to my car to check an issue I had with damage done to my car prior to this service. His advice was helpful in attending to repairs to my car after it was serviced. Then escorted me to my loan car and explained the key less start, all in all I was very impressed with the assistance I received. On return to collect my car, the same professionalism continued and I was escorted back to my newly washed car, I am a very satisfied customer and definitely will recommend my family and friends to have their car serviced at your centre.

This was a very good experience for my child and I. I cannot thank Brett enough for his comprehensive and professional knowledge and behaviour. I was able to take my child to his therapies still with the loan car. My car was ready on time. The experience was very easy and straight forward and my financial restrictions were also considered. Really impressed with Brett who helped me on the day.

Vehicle was serviced on time. I received a courtesy lift. Vehicle was washed and cleaned. At all times staff were friendly and helpful... all good!
