My main reason for recommending Jarvis Subaru is because of the quality of its complete service package. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and their professionalism, the comprehensive checklist of the car service, and that my car is always washed, cleaned and deodorised.

Arrived at 9.00. Was told car would be finished before 12. They called just after 11, car was done.

Car had been washed and cleaned as promised. Mechanically car hasn't missed a beat .

I found Ian of the Service Department to be very professional and friendly to deal with, he made me aware of what cost's I would be incurring in relation to that days servicing of my vehicle and a tentative pick up time, which was later followed up with a confirmation SMS.

Car was washed and cleaned, and staff were friendly and helpful - icing on the cake.

I was impressed with the attitude of the salesperson, Chris Maddern. Having worked in this industry it is important to have good service and follow up.

Graham Davidson was polite, helpful and courteous to us when we were just looking at vehicles (not intending to buy) about a year ago at on a day out at Tanunda.

Although we live in Adelaide, his pleasant and honest manner stuck in our minds, so we had no hesitation in contacting him when our existing vehicle was struck down with some major problems and we were looking for a new car before we had planned to.

Although it was not possible for me to get a lift to Tanunda with one of the Jarvis staff who live in Adelaide and work at your Tanunda dealership, Graham dropped off our new car to our home on his day off when he was taking his wife to hospital for treatment in Adelaide. That is what I call dedication to a job and to customer service.

His service and assistance through the whole buying process was great and his after sales follow up remains at the same level.
