Josh was very friendly and helpful to my son and me, when making the purchase, which made the experience quite very pleasant.

The car was dropped off the night before as we could not do it the next morning and the staff willingly obliged that request. The car was serviced as expected, but was also washed and given my wife was driving back to Cleve was much appreciated. At the pickup the staff member (Michael - having two vehicles serviced here I am getting to know some staff) was very courteous and friendly when discussing what had been done to the car, paying the account and getting the car.

We couldn't have ask for better service, the website also played a big part in our decision with the information it had.

Always amazing - on time servicing, great while-you-wait facilities, friendly + efficient staff (both on the floor + on the phone) and a clean car upon return!

There’s nothing like after sales service and I’m so happy we decided to obtain my latest car from Jarvis. Many thanks to James, Michael, Peter and all the crew at Jarvis Subaru for giving us genuine after sales care and consideration. The entire dealership has a very professional look about it.

I particularly like that the service department treats you exactly the same way as the sales people - so often at other car dealerships the service guys are "stuck at the back somewhere" and they don't enjoy the same high standard of building, amenities, facilities, etc as the sales department. Then, as a result, once the "high" of purchasing your new vehicle is a distant memory, you have to keep on dealing with grumpy service staff. Not so, at Jarvis Subaru. Well done!
