I was very impressed by the professionalism of all the staff that I dealt with. They were friendly, very helpful, knowledgeable and there was no hint of the 'hard sell'. The organisation of the deal happened efficiently and on time. When I returned a couple of days later to sign a form which had been missed, all of the people on the floor came to greet me and ask me about my experience with the Subaru Outback Premium. That was impressive!

James has a great manner, follows things up and is very efficient. Peter outside makes you feel like the most importnat person there. Excellent efficient service. Very happy.

As always I was greeted by Peter Collins and taken in to have the keys collected and service begin. Within moments I had a cup of coffee and was instructed on the work that needed to be done at this time. 

I chose not to get a courtesy lift to the city as I had no need to visit and was occupied with my iPad and a magazine. Another coffee was made and, as the area where I was seated was quite cool with the opening and closing of the main door, I was escorted to another set of seats, away from the drafts and very comfortable.

Within a short while my advisor, Shaun, came to me to explain some issues found in my vehicle and discuss the price and availability to resolve them. 

I was approached regularly and asked if I required anything, assuring me that I had not been forgotten or ignored. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff always makes me feel welcomed and valued as a customer/client . The work on the car is always excellent and I feel honoured to be able to bring my car to Jarvis, knowing that it will be treated respectfully and with great care. I certainly recommend it to family and friends who have Subaru vehicles they cherish as I do mine. When I upgrade it will be an Outback but in the meantime my Liberty appreciates the care and competent work, while I appreciate the friendly staff and the coffee. Thank you all.
