The staff really make this business and are always so helpful and friendly. This starts with the reminder about an upcoming service (Lia made the booking process easy), to the welcoming car guy (always has a smile on his face, walks you to the building and is really friendly) and then the guys in the building (they explain everything in a simple but not condescending manner and answer all questions patiently). This last service made me smile as when I came to get the car the guy who served me (unfortunately can't remember his name) walked me out to my car and explained how they cleaned it (got quite a few marks off the front as well as the dead bugs) and he was so excited to see how well the car was looking. The level of pride all staff members have in their work makes this a great company to deal with.

Justin, the lovely young man who gave me a lift home and also picked me up to collect my car, was very courteous and friendly. Not only that, he is an excellent driver and I felt totally safe and relaxed with him. There should be more young men like him. Again, the Service Department and Mechanical Staff provided excellent service in completing the work on my vehicle in a timely manner. 

Always, friendly, helpful and professional. Love getting my car back super clean also. That's always a bonus. Keep up the great work.

Professional, so friendly people, good deal, you name it .... the whole experience was great, right down to the sausage rolls offered on pick-up day. It is NOT easy to buy another vehicle when you are debt free but cash "low" and at my age it is downright scary. But Sam found a good finance option that won't leave me too short on life's little extras, Neil made me a truly great deal on the vehicle I wanted and Theo answered all my questions about the vehicle and the customer service that would be available after purchase.
