I had possibly the best experience buying a Subaru from Jarvis that I have ever had in all the years I have been buying cars. I have owned BMW's, Land Rover's, Audi's and Hondas and your attention to detail and in particular your sales team were the key. Josh was helpful, kind and polite every step of the way. I would personally recommend Josh to anyone.

Being from Melbourne I came upon this car by accident as I was trawling through carsales for the exact car ie model, extras, colour, low klms etc and forgot to specify location ! When I rang and spoke to your staff member we discovered that the car was in Adelaide BUT Ben was not deterred and gave me the facts which was exactly what we were after. My wife and I wanted to visit Adelaide and then home via Barossa valley, along the river and this opportunity saved us a drive across !!! The whole deal was done with very good help from Ben. I was a bit apprehensive of buying an expensive car sight unseen but he was reassuring and all went as agreed and we are delighted with the car.

When getting to the Jarvis Ford dealership from the airport by Taxi, the driver knew Jarvis and when I explained the circumstances he assured me that Jarvis had a great reputation and that he had purchased a car from them. Believe me this set my very real doubts to rest. I could not speak more highly of the whole process.

Fab was our salesman and we highly recommended him. His relaxed yet responsive approach should be passed onto other sales teams. Our d max is great and Fab took the time to go over the vehicle particulars with us.

Lewis Marsh was a very pleasant lad, keen to address any issues we may have had and not over the top. The attitude of all the staff we came in contact with was very friendly, good atmosphere.
