Apart from the good deal the sales person and other staff were very friendly, courteous, helpful and patient and we did not feel rushed or pressured. We were given a good overview of the vehicle's features and handling skills during the test drive. We were really happy that the colour and model we wanted was available and we were able to pick it up within the week. For all these reasons we did not feel we had to shop around and were happy to commit to buying the vehicle from Jarvis on that day. We really love driving the Subaru XV and happy to finally have the vehicle we've been wanting for a long time.
