Courtesy lift was very important to me as I live alone and had no way of getting home other than a bus on a very hot day. Staff (Adam) was very friendly and helpful which I hadn’t experienced with Australian Motors. Expected bill explained up front no nasty surprises. On collection Adam explained everything that was done and let me know I could expect an approx cost of $690 for brakes next service.

A great experience and I was very pleased with every aspect of the service. I have always felt that the staff have been great every time I have been there however I felt that this aspect was at another level again and was most impressed. 

Staff were very friendly, I was given a courtesy car and my car was washed. I was able to collect my car at the time they stated.

They listened to what I had to say about the car and then kept me informed as they found any issues that needed addressing. They gave good advice and had the car ready at a very reasonable time considering all of the work that they had to do. They also did the service for a extremely reasonable price and I was given a car that felt like new at the end of the service.

Appreciated the fixed price service, really appreciated the concern shown about my tyres and that someone took the time to call to ensure I was aware, appreciated the loan car very much given we are a busy family and it is not always easy to arrange transport whilst the car is in service.

The friendly customer service, the free clean loan car, the whole car service experience was amazing. Very professional but also friendly experience. Will definitely be returning for all our future car servicing and will recommend Jarvis Ford to others as well.

The staff are very approachable and friendly. The car was washed and i didn't need to ask. The Ranger is running quite well.

Staff are always helpful and servicing is completed in a timely fashion. I'm aware that having a dealership service is likely more expensive but I prefer having the peace of mind with having specialists deal with my car.
