I visited your Clovelly spare parts sales on the 17/11/2017. I had the fortunate experience of meeting one of your bubbly female staff who I think her name tag spelt Alana. She couldn't have been more helpful in finding a part for me which was obviously a difficult one to find. She obviously enjoys her job as she was always smiling. I told her I thought the company was lucky to have her working for them which she appreciated.

We drive over 800km (round trip) every 6 months to have our car serviced at Jarvis Toyota. We have a local dealership but will not deal with them. At Jarvis Toyota, we know that our car will be fixed right the first time, our car will not be damaged while on your premises, the staff are a pleasure to deal with, you provide your customers with a friendly relaxed environment. If we require a taxi one is called for us, if we book in early enough we can get a loan car. Great service in all areas.

Always get the lift into city and each time the driver has been exceptional. Car is always ready on time and we are notified by SMS. Can't fault the servicing at all.
